This development of social housing units is designed for the Workers Cooperative Consortium and is part of P.I.I. Affori Porta Nord, urban design (analysis of variance) by ONE-A architectural firm. The project area is characterized by high territorial accessibility and is guaranteed by public transport networks from the primary road network.

The plan provides the redevelopment of the area through the creation of social housing units and commercial, tertiary and receptive activities. The project of social housing, designed by UNO-A and BEMaa, involves the construction of about 200 apartments of various types and of its annexed services.

The building, with a height varying between three and fourteen floors, is characterized by a considerable volumetric articulation recomposed through a continuous base, in a compact urban building though characterized by a great expressive force.
